Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Vape Outlet Online. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re ready to assist. For any concerns or questions about your order, please initiate a support ticket through our online ticketing system (contact form). A team member will promptly respond to either address your issue or guide you on how to return your item or order.

Unwanted Items

You may return any unwanted items or the entire order within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • You inform us within 14 days from the purchase date that you wish to return an item.
  • We must receive the returned item within 14 days after issuing the returns form.

Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of e-liquids, vape kits, and disposable vapes that have been opened, unless they are faulty.

Faulty Items

Received a faulty item? Encounter an issue with your purchase? Submit a support ticket via our contact form, and our team will assist in resolving the issue or provide you with the necessary forms for return.

Important: All returns, whether for unwanted or faulty items, must be logged through our ticketing system. Unfortunately, we cannot process unauthorised returns.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified. We advise using a tracked service for all returns, and for items valued over £50, consider an insured service. We’re not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll update you on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your card within 3-5 working days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before shipping, notify us via the contact form or phone at 44 7787 011642 before 4:00 PM. Notifications after this time may not prevent the order from being dispatched. However, you still have 14 days to cancel for a full refund after dispatch. Follow the above returns procedure to arrange for your items’ return and refund.
