Please note that vape kits consist of various components, each potentially subject to differing warranty durations. This variation stems from the consumable nature of the products.
Vape Kits:
Vape kits come with a 6-month warranty from the delivery date. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear. If the kit is damaged in any way, the warranty becomes invalid and void. Should you encounter an issue, please get in touch to register your concern. You may need to return the kit for evaluation. For a valid warranty claim, we require the device to be returned in its original packaging.
E-Liquids/Disposable Vapes:
E-liquids and disposable vapes, sold in sealed packs, do not come with a warranty, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Should you receive a faulty item, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery. For any order-related shipping errors, we will replace the affected items. Please report any missing items within 48 hours of delivery, enabling us to deal with the issue without delay.
Please note: Disposable vape warranty claims must include the batch number from the box. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for disposables without this information. Additional evidence, such as photos or videos, may also be requested. Moreover, we cannot replace or refund devices that have been discarded or lost.
Making a Claim:
If you’ve bought a faulty product and wish to claim, reach out to our customer support team via email at info@vapeoutletonline.com or call us at 07787 011642. You’ll need to detail the fault, provide your order number/proof of purchase, and the product’s batch/serial number.
- Vape Outlet Online will ask for the faulty product to be sent back to us for assessment.
- Should our investigation confirm a fault, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
- If no fault is found, we will return the product to you, incurring a delivery charge.
