Refunds and Returns
Refund requests for goods must be made within 30 days of delivery if the goods are broken, do not match the description, or do not meet expectations. Opened goods such as Disposable Vapes, E-Liquids, and Vape Kits are generally not eligible for refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Returns can be made in person or by mail within the return period, and must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return and use a traceable shipping method. We process refunds or exchanges upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Guarantees and Warranties
We offer a 30-day return policy, support for faulty items, and a 6-month warranty on Vape Kits for manufacturing defects. Warranties for E-Liquids and Disposable Vapes cover manufacturing defects only.
