Green, red, and usually blended
Apple splits into two quite different profiles. Green apple is sharp and slightly sour and is the one used to cut through sweeter fruits. Red apple is rounder and closer to a dessert note. Most blends here use one or the other deliberately rather than a generic "apple".

Nicotine e-liquid is capped at 20mg/ml and bottles containing nicotine at 10ml, both set by the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations rather than by any brand. Tanks and pods are capped at 2ml. Lower-powered pod kits are generally paired with the upper end of the strength range and higher-powered kits with the lower end, because power decides how much liquid each puff delivers.
Storage
